Black Low-Pressure Steam Hose
This textile-reinforced low-pressure steam hose is a highly flexible and lightweight hose designed for medium-temperature steam delivery applications. Its optimized structure ensures stable performance while maintaining excellent handling and durability.
Structure
- Inner Tube: Black EPDM synthetic rubber
- Reinforcement: High-strength glass fiber textile layer
- Cover: Smooth black EPDM rubber with weather-resistant and abrasion-resistant properties
- Temperature Range: Up to + 338 °F (+ 170 °C)
Red High-Pressure Steam Hose
This high-pressure steam hose is specially designed for demanding applications requiring strong thermal resistance and high working pressures. The hose structure includes a smooth EPDM inner tube and multiple layers of steel wire reinforcement for maximum pressure stability.
Structure
- Inner Tube: Premium smooth black synthetic rubber (EPDM-based) offering
- Reinforcement: 1–2 layers of high-strength steel wire braid, providing excellent pressure-bearing capability and mechanical strength
- Cover: EPDM rubber with superior abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, weather resistance, and ozone resistance
Accessory
The accessory range for steam hoses covers male and female couplings, heavy-duty four-bolt clamp units, and steam-rated crowfoot couplings, all engineered for reliable, leak-free performance in high-pressure steam systems.
